On today’s show, we snagged a guest right off the Mississippi. Ian Saltmarsh is canoeing over 2,000 miles to Baton Rouge to raise funds and awareness on men’s health issues as part of the Movember Movement.

Ian will be at the Keg N Cork this afternoon for happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. and is looking for fellow paddlers to join him along various legs of the journey!
