Chatabout Double Feature: Sanford & Rotary’s Blood Screening and Bemidji Chorale

ChatAbout Larissa

Good afternoon and welcome to Chatabout!

On our show today, we have three guests in studio: Todd Glen in Sanford’s Lab, Bemidji Rotarian Marilyn Miller and Sanford’s Community Coordinator Kayla Winkler!

The trio is in to talk about the Blood Screening event next week.

On the second part of our show today, we welcome the new conductor of the Bemidji Chorale! For his first Chatabout appearance, Dr. James Bowyer, who’s also an assistant professor of music at Bemidji State, previews the upcoming free concert this Sunday, 3 p.m., at the Carl O. Thompson Memorial Recital Hall in Bangsberg Hall.

On tomorrow’s show, we welcome back Ben Lang and Blair Olson from the Minnesota DNR.

Our show today was brought to us by our friends at the Beltrami Electric Cooperative, by the Bemidji Chrysler Center and by Higgins Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

Thanks for tuning into Northern Minnesota’s Talk Show since 1956! Have a terrific Thursday!
